Leading Lib Dem hears BID news

LIB Dem heavyweight Vince Cable heard details of the Dorchester Business Improvement District (BID).

Dr Cable, who is Lib Dem shadow chancellor and deputy party leader, was told of developments when he stopped off in the West Dorset constituency.

He held a forum with business people at which he heard a presentation about Dorchester's BID and answered questions.

In the evening, Dr Cable addressed an audience at the Corn Exchange.

Dr Sue Farrant, Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for West Dorset, paid tribute to Dr Cable's ability to diagnose problems and come up with innovative solutions.
