A Bournemouth web specialist is helping BeCheeky, the Poole-based lingerie retailer to generate more sales.

Experience Solutions Ltd, based in Oxford Road, has an “ongoing” arrangement with the company to remove any frustrations customers have when purchasing underwear on the site. “We are working on a regular cycle of user research to ensure more website visitors turn into customers by making it as easy to buy as possible,” said director Damian Rees.

He wants to help more local businesses “understand how to improve their website user experience to achieve their business goals”.

His company has also completed a number of projects for the Financial Times newspaper.

“The most recent was where we conducted research for their new project called the Long Room – http://ftalphaville.ft.com/longroom/ – which is an online community for finance professionals,” said Mr Rees.

“We conducted research with the target audience in the early phases of the project to understand what their requirements were, then we worked with the FT team to design an easy to use s ystem to facilitate communication online,” he added.

Experience Solutions is in its third year of trading and has 25 customers.

It generates a £75,000 turnover and employs two full-time staff.
