TWO Dorset organisations have been included in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

For the second year running Julia’s House, the children’s charity in Poole, and Poole Housing Partnership (PHP), which manages council houses, have both been listed.

Julia’s House is in 18th position while PHP is 46th.

Over 100 staff at Julia’s House, including 80 nurses and carers, provide life-changing support to families in their own homes and help to care for life-threatened young people throughout Dorset.

Julia’s House has also been awarded the maximum three stars by Best Companies, which is behind the awards initiative.
