A BOURNEMOUTH property agent has sold £12m worth of property in just six weeks.

Elite Property Search in Post Office Road said that interest in multi-million pound properties had increased as summer approached.

Over the last five months the company, which counts many famous faces as clients, has seen a steady growth in interest in the £2m- plus property market.

“The majority of our clients purchase properties that have never appeared on the open market,” said Andrew Findley, a director at Elite, who has sold numerous properties at Sandbanks.

He says that the company has a national database of almost £1bn worth of privately available homes, with over £150m worth of prime properties available locally, which are unavailable at estate agents.
