BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL St. Paul's Lane - Development Works TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHAT: No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time (Suspension of Parking Bays) WHERE: The northern end of St. Paul's Lane, on the eastern side, adjacent St. Paul's Hostel for a distance of approx. 28m (payment parking bay between the double yellow lines) WHEN: Anticipated dates 28th May 2019 until

1st March 2020

WHY: Development Works to be carried out

by Kier Construction Ltd

ACCESS: Full emergency services access will

be maintained and access to properties will

remain depending on site safety.

Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
